Wellbeing coaching is an empowering process that will assist in transforming your mindset and habits so that you can feel healthy and vibrant.
My role as your wellbeing coach is to guide, support and encourage you, as well as keep you accountable to the desired outcome you aspire to achieve.
Counselling sessions are a safe, supportive and judgement free space that involve helping you to process and overcome the struggles that you are facing.
Sessions will involve identifying your current unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving, learning tools and strategies that will help you change these patterns, and developing realistic goals and an action plan that will move you towards a healthy and happy self.
I use a variety of therapy models in the wellbeing coaching and counselling sessions. These models include:

Group training is a great way to help you remain focused and committed to your fitness goals, as you will be surrounded by a group of like minded women who are wanting to become fitter and healthier.
Group training sessions vary each day. Sessions may include:
Each woman is encouraged and supported to work at their own pace.
PLEASE NOTE: All participants are required to bring their own mat and water bottle.
MONDAYS: 5:15pm - 6:00pm
WEDNESDAYS: 5:15pm - 6:00pm
SATURDAYS: 7:00am - 8:00am
The Your Wellbeing Collective for Women studio is located at Cashmere (outer northern suburb of Brisbane, Australia).
