Wellbeing coaching is an empowering process that will help you to transform your mindset and habits so that you can truly thrive - mentally, emotionally and physically. Coaching sessions will involve identifying your current patterns of thinking and behaving, changing these patterns if they are no longer serving you, and developing specific and realistic goals that will move you towards vibrant health and wellbeing. My role as your wellbeing coach is to guide, support and encourage you as well as keep you accountable to the goals that you aspire to achieve.
Group Training is an incredible way to remain focused and committed to your fitness goals as you will be surrounded by a group of like minded women who are wanting to become fitter, healthier, happier and more confident.
The group training sessions vary each day. Sessions may include:
Each woman is encouraged and supported to work at their own pace.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current restrictions, equipment is not used in the sessions. All participants are required to bring their own mat and water bottle.
The Your Wellbeing Collective for Women studio is located at Cashmere (outer northern suburb of Brisbane, Australia).
MONDAYS: 5:15pm - 6:00pm
WEDNESDAYS: 5:15pm - 6:00pm
SATURDAYS: 7:00am - 7:45am
