What is Wellbeing Counselling?

 Wellbeing counselling is an empowering process that will help you to transform your mindset and habits so that you can truly thrive - mentally, emotionally and physically.  Sessions will involve identifying your current patterns of thinking and behaving, changing these patterns if they are no longer serving you, and developing specific and realistic goals that will move you towards vibrant health and wellbeing.  My role as your wellbeing counsellor is to guide, support and encourage you, as well as keep you accountable to the goals that you aspire to achieve. 

What is Group Training?

Group training is an incredible way to remain focused and committed to your fitness goals as you will be surrounded by a group of like minded women who are wanting to become fitter, healthier, happier and more confident.  


The group training sessions vary each day.  Sessions may include:


  • High intensity interval training
  • Cardio movements
  • Body weight resistance training
  • Circuit training
  • Core exercises
  • Flexibility exercises


Each woman is encouraged and supported to work at their own pace.    


PLEASE NOTE:  All participants are required to bring their own mat and water bottle.

When are your Small Group Training Sessions?

MONDAYS:  5:15pm - 6:00pm


WEDNESDAYS:  5:15pm - 6:00pm


SATURDAYS:  7:00am - 7:45am

Where are you located?

The Your Wellbeing Collective for Women studio is located at Cashmere (outer northern suburb of Brisbane, Australia).
