My name is Julie McGovern. I am the owner of Your Wellbeing Collective for Women. I live on acreage on the northside of Brisbane with my husband and four children.
I am a body positive personal trainer and wellbeing coach who believes that every woman deserves and is capable of living a healthy and active lifestyle regardless of their body size.
I have a passion for helping women who are ready to let go of dieting and unrealistic body weight standards, and instead want to learn sustainable habits that will enable them to reach and maintain their healthiest weight and become fitter, healthier, happier and more confident.
After struggling myself for many years with anxiety, depression, an eating disorder and self-loathing, I feel well equipped to provide women with the knowledge, strategies and support they need to become their healthiest, fittest and happiest selves.
Every woman that I work with is supported, encouraged and guided towards making the changes that will transform their wellbeing.
Your Wellbeing Collective for Women was founded by Julie McGovern in January, 2020.
After many years of working in the wellness field, Julie noticed that many of her clients were feeling overwhelmed by all of the conflicting messages in the media about diet, exercise, weight loss and wellbeing.
